About

When Things Go Bad, Inc. is a firefighter training company that has been committed to delivering realistic training since 2005.

WTGB is passionate about spreading the good news of firefighting so all firefighters can be more productive, efficient and aggressive on the fire ground. When we are called it’s time for action! No one else is coming. There is no 10-11 only 911 and we are it! The time to figure it out is during training not on the emergency scene. WTGB provides an environment that is conducive to learning while pushing the envelope. Join us in our training so civilian and firefighter lives can be saved due to our competency!

When Things Go Bad teaches throughout the country at conferences and fire departments alike. All instructors share a level of energy that is motivating and contagious to the students. We here at When Things Go Bad are passionate about all areas of firefighting.

Let’s not allow are brothers and sisters to perish in vain. We do not rise to the occasion; we sink to the level of our training.

When Things Go Bad has taught at FDIC for the past two decades and currently leads a HOT program. WTGB can also be seen on 4 seasons of Fire Engineering Training Minutes.
